This is a group Yi Ren Qigong lesson via Zoom (once a week for three months, a total of 12 lessons).

Exercise: This season's focus is on exercise to help stimulate the brain, neurosecretory system and immune system.

A Qigong technique to supplement fasting for spring cleansing (reducing hunger by directly taking in energy)

• Activation of the secretory system

• Harmonization of the autonomic nervous system

• Activation of the flow of Yang energy (harmonizing the function of the lower back and leg muscles)

•Activation of Yin flow (harmonizing the flow of Qi in the arms and legs)

• Activation of the Yang flow in the arms

• Activation of the meridian and belt line that connects all the meridians

Immune-boosting routine

•Cancer prevention routine

•Protection from surrounding energies

Meditation method: Each session will be different, but all will involve a meditation using the unique mudras of Yiren Qigong, which connect with the energy of nature, the universe, and higher dimensional beings.

Instructions are basically oral and demonstration only (there is no textbook). For review purposes and for those who cannot attend live, videos of the classes will be available for viewing for three months. Qigong is always effective if practiced continuously, so please review thoroughly and use it regularly.

Participation in the recording only (3-month access): 16,500 yen (For those who cannot attend the live performance due to work or other reasons. Please note that we cannot answer individual questions via email regarding how to do the exercises, etc.)
