Neurographica is a revolutionary self-coaching method that leads to self-development and self-transformation by enjoying drawing and coloring like an innocent child. It is the first of its kind in Japan! This course is taught by a specialist certified by the Institute of Creative Psychology in Russia.

I was not good at art, could not doodle, and even though I had gathered all the art supplies I had been trying to start sketching to develop my right brain, I was unable to do it at all. It is no exaggeration to say that Neurographica changed my life. I heard that it was also useful for coaching to resolve trauma, so I tried taking a course. I found the unique drawing technique, which can be completed in 1-2 hours, so fun that I could not stop, and within a few days I had completed more than 20 pieces of work that I would be embarrassed to hang on the wall. Moreover, before and after I started drawing, my feelings and thoughts about the theme I was working on changed positively, and I realized that I had new realizations every time. I wanted to spread the word about Neurographica to people in Japan, so after undergoing training, I obtained specialist certification from the Russian Institute of Creative Psychology, which developed Neurographica, to officially provide individual and group coaching sessions.

Neurographica is a drawing method for self-coaching based on creative psychology.

Neurographica was developed by Dr. Pavel Piskarev, a Russian psychologist and business consultant, as a way to enable people to break through the limitations and restrictions they place on themselves due to emotions, preconceptions, and trauma, by incorporating neuropsychology, analytical psychology, Gestalt psychology, psychosynthesis, social psychology, modern management theory, and art therapy. It has attracted attention in the West as an effective method for solving problems in various fields, including business strategy and planning.

Neurographica is a mindful artwork that allows you to become aware of the thoughts, memories, scenes, feelings, and physical state that arise in your mind while drawing and coloring. It stimulates not only the motor functions of vision and fingers, but also a wide range of brain parts that control the five senses, emotions, memory, imagination, creativity, judgment, analysis, etc., and has a brain training effect that creates new connections in the brain's neural network, activating both the right and left brain at the same time, leading to new realizations, ideas, and changes in consciousness.

In addition, the elements of mindfulness, emotional intelligence building, image therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and energy work are also fused together, so stress and trauma can also be relieved. As a result, even those who are not good at art can quickly create not only beautiful but also power art that contains the energy to realize their goals.

[This is especially recommended for the following people]

•People who want to increase their own abilities and potential •People who want to improve their creativity and imagination •People who want to develop both their right and left brain •People who were not good at art •People who are good at art, and professional artists who want to broaden their style •People seeking self-development and self-actualization •People who have problems that they don't want to discuss with others •Marriage and job hunting •Career and business avenues to explore •Professional therapists and coaches who want to increase the number of tools to help their clients •People who want to relieve stress and trauma •Family and teachers who want to support their children's development •Prevention of brain aging

[Course Contents]

•Each session of Neurographica will have participants draw a mental landscape based on a different theme using neurolines (thin wavy lines like nerves), which will increase new connections between the brain and nerves. This will put you in a relaxed flow state, opening the door to your subconscious and giving rise to various realizations, new perspectives, and problem-solving methods.

•In this course, we will first do mindfulness meditation and energy work to become more sensitive to your ever-changing thoughts and mental and physical state, and to prepare to easily access your subconscious. After that, you will practice drawing Neurographica artwork. •Next, with the basic composition and its purpose in mind, you will decide on a specific theme for your purpose. From mental themes such as improving self-esteem, overcoming anxiety, relieving anger, relieving stress and trauma, resolving worries, and resolving interpersonal problems, to improving grades, planning projects and events, business strategies, and increasing income. You are free to choose a theme and create artwork using Neurographica's unique eight steps.
