This ability of the brain to change, which has become clear through recent neuroscience research, is called brain plasticity, or neuroplasticity.

Instructor: Eriko Rowe

Journalist and wellness trainer living in Seattle. Through many years of reporting for NHK news programs and her own books, she has been well versed in the latest information on medicine and wellness in the United States. She is the only Japanese HMR (Holographic Memory Solution) certified practitioner. She is also a certified practitioner of Ehren Qigong, HeartMath Institute certified AdHeart Facilitator, HMR (Holographic Memory Solution), Bio Energy Healing, Tibetan Mantra Healing, Zenith Omega Healing, and Breath Awareness Breathing Method. She has written many books, including "The Power of the Brain to Change Yourself," "Becoming a Shining Person," "Teachings Wiser Than the Books of American Indians," and translated works such as "How Enlightenment Changes Your Brain," "Tibetan Zen," "Energy Codes," and "The Yoga of Bliss: Sexuality in Tibetan Medicine and Buddhism." She graduated from Waseda University's School of Letters, Arts and Sciences and New York University's Graduate School of Journalism. She is a former part-time instructor at Cornell University and the University of Washington.
